They were awesome. Came out to fix a problem with our filter. And then we had them come back to close our pool at the end of the season. I highly recommend them.

Had a leak in pump, Eric came out the next day and fixed it and hasnâ t leaked since.

Very knowledgeable. Immediately took care of my issues.

Quick to respond and schedule.

First, quoted me one price including everything from day one to us swimming again. Explained to me the one this he could not absolutely estimate was any damage or repair necessary once he got the old liner out. Second, had plenty of options for liners and borders leaving samples with us to consider. Third, shopped around suppliers to get us the lowest cost - I was not in a real hurry to get the work done so I was willing to wait a couple weeks for a much better price. Fourth, got the measurements perfect for the new liner. Fifth, install went as planned except for some delays due to storms. Sixth, repairs to the pool floor were well done and completed quickly. Seventh, when he was done and the trucks finished filling the pool, he had it all ready for us to swim. Very happy we hired Dickerson Pool for our new in-ground pool liner.

Eric came out initially to give us a quote on a new pool liner. When he came, we had not closed our pool yet, and not scheduled to close for another 3 weeks due to every company being busy. Eric offered to close our pool the very next day and beat the price of the commercial company we were going with. He and his crew text prior to arriving closed our pool, and took time and care to make sure things were in the right place, etc. He was thorough, professional, and patient. We will defiitely be using him again, even if it's not for our liner!

Not the lowest price, but the lowest price when I ask for the complete price including tax and all accessories. I did not want any surprises during the process and I did not want to learn the process to be sure everything was in the bid and done correctly. I am not a pool expert and Eric explained everything he was going to replace as part of the process. He said when he is done we will be able to get in the pool. He set my expectations about additional costs if the pool floor under the liner was extensively damaged. Damage was not extensive. The weather this year delayed installation and Eric needed to get the liner from a different distributor. Overall about one month delay to installation and he took care of everything. Customer service rated a bit lower only because I had to call Eric for updates. I eventually just ask him to send me updates via text message which worked well. He and team cleaned up after themselves as they prepared the pool. As he was finishing up, we were in the pool as promised!

We called with a semi-emergency and Eric stopped by on a busy day following the 4th of July. He is extremely personable and knowledgeable! We can't thank him enough. We highly recommend Dickerson Pool and Patio. We plan on having them handle all of our pool needs!

Excellent service. They came prepared. Replaced some plugs of mine, added chlorine for the winter and even cleaned leaves out. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a home with an in ground pool and needed a professional to close it for winter. So far I am happy with the work that has been done but the proof will be in the spring when the pool is opened. Hoping for the best!
