Fox Appliance

I called for service, I think on Wednesday but they could not come until Friday. The appointment time was 8am to noon and they showed up just after noon. That was frustrating to my husband who waited for them for four hours. Once he arrived he was quick to work on the refrigerator. He kept the area clean and fixed the problem in about an hour or so. I called the store a few days later to check on the bill and they told me that the refrigerator needed parts for a permanent repair. The parts would be about $400 and the service call would be charged as $59.95.  I let them know that we would want to think about that vs replacing the unit. They were very nice about that and let me know that if we purchased a machine their they would waive the service call.  
Overall they are busy but the work is satisfactory.

Fox Appliance came out to look at my dryer. They didn't have the part right with them, but they came back the next day and installed it. They were great. They only charged me one service call. They didn't charge me a service call for both days. I was expected them to take like a week to come back, so I was surprised. They're really nice, nice people. They were there at the time they said they were going to be. They're a local company and they're good people. Their price was also good.

He explained the problem, had the part and fixed it quick. A really nice fellow. We were so glad it could be fixed:)

They came Monday 2-18, told me the problem and that they needed to order the part. Called 2-20 that the part had come in and they came 2-21 and put the part in the washer. All went great. You pay 59.95 for the initial visit plus the cost of the part and that is all. I will call them again when needed

We have purchased several large appliances from Fox's and they have also serviced appliances for us. They are honest, professional, punctual and they have competitive prices.

They performed the diagnostic and were honest about the repair cost. Good experiance overall

They were super guys. They were amazing. I asked what the cost would have been and the service cost would have been just $59 had my warrantee not covered it. They were clean and neat and got the problem solved right away.
