It was fabulous. Scott, the owner, would stay until whatever job he was working on that day was done and he cleaned up well. He was always very neat and always very concerned about whether they were in our way or not. He and his assistant were so kind. They were great workers and knew what they were doing. We are thinking about using him again. We trusted them so much that it was a comfort to know they were working in our home while we were away on vacation.

Scott in a word is a perfectionist. He is also a great role model for the men that work under him. I work out of my home and was within an ear shot for the entire project. I heard him give instructions and demonstrate how to do the work; never an unkind word. He knows exactly what he is doing and knows exactly how to complete the work. There were several instances where the molding we had was no longer made; so Scott fabricated it himself in his shop at home. In one case, he had to combine three different types of stain to get the molding to match the existing molding. He is a great communicator, checking on what we think, checking to see when it is convenient to return to the job, etc. I think it's a bonus when the people you hire are competent AND easy to work with.
