The Finished Basement LLC

Terrible experience. Job eventually got done, but took an extremely long time and was done sloppily. Our feedback along the way was handled arrogantly and often ignored. I paid Kenny $4000 as certain milestones were met, and I was ready to pay the remaining money even realizing that it was going to be a mediocre job at best, but he had the incredible arrogance and business deceit to demand final payment when the job was obviously not completed, evidenced by 1) a hole in the shower wall where the shower head would be (I kid you not), and 2) prudent advice from his worker (who actually was dedicated and knowledgable) that more work/testing needed to be done on the plumbing since in a prior simple test water poured out from the pipes. Tempting to go on, but I'll stop here. If you need a new bathroom, interview more contractors.

They did a really good job and were conscientious about keeping the mess down. They had some good ideas for dealing with some of the different framing situations and design issues. I would use them again in future.

Kenny and his workers were fantastic! They did quality work in a timely manner. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience with them. They came and gave an estimate at a very convenient time for us. Once we decided to use them(after getting several estimates)they were able to start when we wanted them to. They were very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. On a daily basis, they entered and exited our basement by climbing down a ladder into our window well and through our window. They never disturbed us the entire time. Their quality was great. We highly recommend them to others and would use them again.
