I thought it was going all right at first. Then I noticed the boards didn't look as strong as the ones in the fence I had on the property that I pointed out to Steve Marrow that I wanted. He made some excuses, and went on with the fence. Yeah, I know I should have stopped him. But he kept fast talking telling me I couldn't see the end result and it would be fine. Now I have a fence that the nails are popping out of boards because they used nails with no heads. Warping has started already. Fence sits high enough off ground that squirrels come through, and it rolls up and down like roller coaster, peaking in middle.. This was just a straight fence about a hundred feet long. This was July 24, 2017. This is odd part. I had made an appointment with Innovative Design. When Steve Marrow showed up I thought that was who it was. It wasn't. After I talked with him, I checked him on HomeAvisor and they gave him 5 star rating. Those reviews must be made up and not checked out. I want to post pictures of my fence to save someone else from this man. Fast talker and grabs that money before you have a chance to really inspect. His crew also left a mess of wood shavings, cigarette butts, lunch trash, etc. I am now calling other fences companies to get this thing removed and a proper fence installed. What I want from Steve?? Come get this mess and return my money so I can get a proper fence. These are the cheapest boards money can buy. I have been told that there was a sale on Southport Rd. and 37 of scrapped lumber that was sold for $1.00 a board. I believe that is what was used on my fence. Some boards aren't even a full board and have huge knot holes. Boards are so far apart I can see into neighbor's yard. It is now obvious the crew were not professionals.Zoom in on the pictures and see the warping at top of some boards and some bottom boards. Notice spaces between boards and space from ground to fence in most areas. Anyone interested in verifying this review is welcome to come by and look at the fence. I may put up sign to direct to the fence. I have text Steve Marrow a number of times and sent pictures, but had no reply. I have other fence companies coming to redo this fence. I will post their opinion on the quality of this fence .
