Animal chased away and trap set and remained in place for a week.  Animal did not return.

They were very professional and helpful. They were a on the expensive side but we were pleased with their work. They removed one skunk and they provided us with some strategies to keep others away.

It's hard not to be successful using kill traps. Those weren't my preference but he said that was the only way to catch "pineys." He closed up three of four possible entrances, then set live traps on the fourth. Over a period of days the traps caught and killed several squirrels, and when no more were seen or heard, he closed up their entrance hole. But in early spring 2013, less than six months later, one of the other three areas he had closed was re-opened. I could hear an animal pushing the flashing and crawling inside the roof above my head. Kirk argued with me about it and did not want to come out to check, then later told me he had already been out to check and had not found any problem. I never saw him at my house and told him he must have gone to the wrong place. He refused to return to look at the very obvious hole in his pitiful patchwork job. This is a guy who knows how to set a live trap and that's all. Definitely not worth the money just to kill some squirrels without really closing up the holes.

Walked around my house for 3 hours looking for animal entry points.  didn't perform any services other than that.  Charged me the rate as stated, but he "gave me a break".

I will never let this company into my home again nor would I recommend them to anyone I know.

Kirk was out the same day we called him. He was very professional, reasonable, and hard working. I can't imagine someone else doing a better job.

Kirk is very professional and very responsive. He returned my initial phone call right away and explained what he could do for me and what he charges. He came out that same day to assess the attic and set traps. We actually caught one squirrel that day, and he was able to swing by to take care of it before going home. The following day, we caught two more squirrels, which he promptly removed within 24 hours. Kirk does some repairs but not all. Our roof is high and steep, so he gave me the name of someone else that could do the repairs for us.
