I called about a leak around a toilet. They came out and said that it needed to be replaced. Came back the next day and installed new toilet.

Installed new water heater 2/15/08. They are master at figuring out how to 'save' old fixtures. They removed an old flush valve assembly and added a new type in order to save our 1932 stool. They have replaced a 'traparm' on our master pedestal sink. Atec does routine plumbing also and have replaced pipes for us.

Karl and Bill showed up in the morning after my pressure tank for our well water went out. They provided a fair price and said they would be able to get the water back on that day. The job went as planned and the wife had water on when she got home.

I called Karl and he was out in about twenty minutes! They immediately found the problem, ran to the hardware store and picked up some supplies. They ended up having to raise the drain for the water heater in the kitchenette and installed a new valve. The leak is gone! I was very happy with their timeliness and how quick they were to figure out the problem and fix it.

I WAS EXPECTING GUESTS THE NEXT DAY & MY STOOL STOPPED UP AGAIN. THE TECHNICIAN SAID IT WAS MY STOOL, I'D HAD IT, & JUST SAID REPLACE IT IF YOU CAN BE HERE BY TOMORROW MORNING. THE STOOL WAS REPLACED THE NEXT MORNING. I WASN'T HAPPY WITH PART OF THE STOOL DESIGN. ATEC HAD THE COMPANY REP CONTACT ME & THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION. I WAS IMPRESSED.
