our service provider was very professional. He cared about walking in and out of the house (tracking in dirt) and cared about letting our dog outside when she was not supposed to.

Ordered 50 Mbps high speed cable internet from WOW. The cable in our home had never been hooked up, so the technician had to figure out the complicated wiring scheme in our house. He stayed until the job was done on the first visit and it has been working great ever since.
We got the wireless router from WOW and found it has a great WiFI range. I thought I would have to set up a second WiFi router to cover the whole house, but their router was powerful enough that I didn't need another device to extend the signal.
