This company is very professional. I bought an Angie's list package for three lawn treatments. The day after I bought it the company contacted me about setting up and appointment, which they kept exactly as promised. I was contacted in advance as to when each subsequent treatment would be made. With each treatment, literature was left for me explaining what had been done and why.

I found that they aren?t upfront with their prices, and their office isn?t helpful. For example, they didn't tell me that certain services would cost extra money on top of my annual rate. I always sensed that there was utter confusion on their part every time I dealt with them. They were never clear about when they would be able to work. I would not consider using them again because I think that their service was substandard. However, Indiana Joe, the sales representative is a nice guy, and he was helpful.
