Gas Leak Repair, Home Warranty + 1 more
Signed up with the stipulation that reference materials be sent to the home in order to read the small print. There would be no penalty or charges if cancelled within 30 days. Never received information so cancelled after 14 days, but was still billed for the service. Requested refund. Told that it would be processed and would take up to 14 business days. Called again. Apparently first request never processed. Given run-around. Said the credit was 'lingering' and they did not know where to send it. Called again. Waiting, still no credit. Called again. Five months later still waiting for credit. Beware.
