Nothing has been cleaned and is in fact worse than when they came. My grout is still dirty, the walls are dirty, my tile isn't clean and the carpet is still dirty. I took before and after pictures and nothing looks clean. It's probably going to cost me money when I sell my house to get everything fixed.

Worked hard cleaning furniture. Tried to upswell deodorizing and sanitizing. Continued to pressure us to pay extra for services that should have been included in original quote! Way overpriced for little work.

Called them Thursday and they were able to come Friday but once they got here they came in and dropped the hoses and hit the walls.  They asked to use the outside water faucet which was fine but we have a dog and when they left the gate to our fenced back yard was left open and so was the screen door to our enclosed front porch.  The carpets looked better but I paid for deoderizing as well and they did not seem to smell any different.  Overall was not impressed with the actual cleaning, but it was great that I called them Thursday and they were here on Friday.

They do good work. It looks really nice when done. It is a bit pricey because it is a very manual job but grout cleaning..

I would not use them again.

I saw their ad which advertised reduced prices at that time.  They did a fair job.  I probably won't use them again as I have got a better option.

They were very fast and very friendly. The guys that came were very professional. They did everything they said they were going to do.

They were great.

The job was just average. We used another company before and will continue looking for something better. I was also told that because they were so late, I would receive a 10% discount. They forgot to take it off. And because of this, they said when they come back the next time, I would receive a 20% discount. Sorry, but they are not coming back. :(

Very disappointing. I can't say they are necessarily any different from other national franchised carpet cleaners, but I won't be using them again because of their sales tactics. They quote you a reasonable price over the phone, but when they get there the price can easily double or triple. Why? "Oh, those are pet stains. We have to specially treat them (extra cost) and can't guarantee otherwise." "Oh, that's dirty and high traffic: you need stain guard (extra cost) or else it's just gonna get dirty again." "You want deodorizer? That's extra." Maybe I just called on a day when the usual person was out sick or something. Stupid me, I ask how much does it cost to clean carpet, and they tell me "X dollars per room" and I buy it. I didn't think to ask about possible extra charges. When they got to the house, they pretty much said nobody would get the "base price" service, the extras are more important and worth the extra expense.
