they have pretty good customer service and help trouble shooting problems. But internet just seems slow for the price you pay

They blocked P2P and most all video games by firewalls. It's expensive and never got the download or upload speeds promissed. Customer Service,, was horrid. When i filed a complaint with the BBB. Sit-Co called me and told me I was a liar and if I didnt cancel my BBB complaint they would come take equipment.
