We called, they immediately worked us into their schedule the same day. They were here when they told us they would be here, did the work quickly and were friendly and helpful . We definitely will call them again would recommend them to anyone.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
the gentleman that installed my water heater was courteous , followed the covid guidelines. he hauled my old unit away and it was very heavy being filled with lime deposit. he instructed me how to check it yearly to get rid of any lime. i was very happy with the quickness of doing the project. would definetly recommend this company

Owner called back promptly. Receptionist is cheerful and polite. Mr. Howard was very professional; showed up a few minutes early and while working did not say any more or any less than he had to (no unloading any personal baggage). He also threw in some extra value in my outlet that I wasn't aware I should ask for.

Was quoted a labor rate at the time of hire,and labor rate was different when invoice came due to them sending an extra person on the job, and was not told there was a higher labor rate in advance. One of the workers was gone for over two hours and was not onsite-- Was told he was getting parts for the job and the other worker had to leave the job early,causing the other worker to work overtime on the job.

"Thanks for the feedback and for social media comments on the cleanliness of work. We apologize for the confusion, we needed 2 men to fulfill project needs on the timeframe. Labor was charged per hour, we provided you with a discount: for the duration of the 2d employee labor, also, took 2 of his hours **off-top** and another one for the 1st hour for both. We adjusted to try to make it fit more in line with your idea of work. About parts, we do keep common items on hand, but we can't keep everything one may need. We tried very hard and care about you. We do everything we can to keep things fair for all involved and we apologize."

Joe was amazing. He knows exactly what he is doing and does it with great care. In a matter of 3-4 hours of work he completely redid our breaker panel then and added the ability for a generator attachment to keep us going with power outages. I recommend them highly.
