Install went good and on time in the summer of 2014. Problem is, we've had this company out every year since to fix something on the unit. Never show up on time. Never fix the unit right, only put band aids on the issue. I really feel like they have no clue what is going on and their knowledge level is just good enough to get you in trouble. Really surprised they were rated an A on Angie's List. They've been nothing but a F for this home owner.

They were at my home for two hours, and one guy was crawling around my attic, and then back down to check the hoses for my AC. He found that the hoses for my AC had been rerouted, and the old ones were left behind. They were extremely nice and professional. The only reason I won't use them again is I'm moving out of the area, and that the people who are in charge didn't seem to care that I was going with another company, and did nothing to try to get my business. I would still recommend this company.

showed up before scheduled time found the problem and fixed all that was competent. the problem is that I had to pay $75.00 for the rental of a truck that I did not even get to drive the part size was maybe 6" x 8" WOW!!!!!!!!!!!

They are very professional, punctual, and present a good clean appearance. They call to remind you when you need to schedule maintenance. They do a great job. It was only $139 for both spring and summer maintenance.

It was starting to get cold so they were busy and weren't able to come out for almost a week to tune-up the furnace. The tech did a good job. He was very professional and explained what he was looking for, mostly because I was asking as this is my first home and I wanted to be absolutely sure the unit was in good condition. It had also been serviced by Schneider in the past according to the tags. When the tech thought he saw a hiccup, he waited for almost half an hour to watch it kick on a couple of times just to be sure everything was ok (which it was). Very pleased with the company, will probably use them again.

I had call them out to check my furnace because it was not heating the house very well. I was told that my 4 year furnace was bad and need to be replaced with a high effeacy one. I agreed to let them do it (Since it was freezing out). They talked me into a Goodman. And charged me $4000 include a yearly service plan. (which I was un aware of)
I am now having problems with all HVAC and have been told by 4 other contractors that the furnace was installed wrong. I have call the owner Jeff to talk to him about the problem and also that fact they have never come back to service the unit since. I have left him messages and he hasn't called me back.
I have been told that I was over charged and the Goodman brand is a very very low in brand. I feel like I was taken advantage of, and don't recommend this company.

Second call was greatly different. No problem.

They are very prompt, efficient, courteous and they do a great job. I would highly recommend them. I have been using them for over 6 years.

Great service, very nice gentlemen.

They were timely , knowledgeable and cleaned up after the install.they completed everthing in less then 8 hours.
We would highly recommend them and have signed up for there yearly service.
There cost was also cheaper then the others that provided use quotes and the units from them had a longer warranty (10 years and parts and labor)
