Our unit was hooked up incorrectly and burnt out something on the air conditioner. They came out the same day.

The technician arrived at the promised time and I was called by the office about 15 minutes before to let me know that he was on his way. He had everything that he needed to perform the maintenance work. He was very polite and professional, even remembered to wipe his boots before entering the house after working in the yard. He used an iPad to create a service ticket right then and I was able to sign off on all work completed. The AC unit was cleaned and serviced as promised. To pay for the services, I wanted to use my credit card, so I called into the office. I spoke with Denise who was very helpful and friendly. She promptly took care of my payment and gave me an authorization code for the technician. I have called into the office before to schedule services and the ladies working there have always been kind and professional,

I called on the 11 of February because of a noise. They gave me a time they would be here and they were on time. The repairman checked it and said it was the blower . He called the office and they had it in stock. He went and got and came right back. It was installed in no time. I have two small dogs and he made sure they didn't get out as he was going in and out. I will called them back for any problems I have. Was on time , did good quick work and was very polite.

My only issue with the service representative was the fact that He used our replacement breaker and still charged full amount.

We don't want you to feel like you have been wrongly charged. I looked at your invoice and it looks like you were charged a diagnostic fee and a repair charge to replace the breaker. The breaker would have been an additional charge. We do warranty our labor and the part for one year from the repair date. Thank you again for being a loyal customer. Call us to schedule a maintenance and we will take an additional 5% for the confusion. Thank you Schmitt Refrigeration"

great good service ,decent price since it is an older unit and the price on freon has increased. they worked ectra to clean and test all parts of the ac unit and a-coli. i am happy with their work and company .

The service techs were very quick. They replaced the collector box and made sure everything was running correctly before they left.

They are great people and are very good. Last time I said “I don’t even have filters so can I get a case?” and they sure were right here with a case when they came to maintain my furnace and air condition. I sure wouldn’t go to anyone else ever. I’m 61 so I do get a senior citizen discount. I pay for the maintenance thing every year, which I think is $120 or something and they don’t bother me for money when they come out. They are great and I love them. I sure will use them every year.
