Overall, well. Earlier than promised which was okay. He was pleasant. No complications. Wanted to take the chandelier with him, which was new, never been used. I said, no. If he would have given me a deal at 20% of bill for the ceiling fan, okay, but just to think you can have a new fan to put into another property is not good. Why else would he have taken a perfectly new fan? Invoice came and it was 3/4 over estimate. Next time I will get names, numbers, times, etc. to make sure invoice is close to estimate. May get again, but with the above in mine. Hope they noticed the typo in fine print. May be their printer's fault, but it was there.

The electrician was very thorough he had to go for parts but returned and got the job done. We were very pleased with the service, they came the same morning we called and the price we felt was very reasonable.

I was very happy with them and will use them again if I need more work.

I called Reitz in a panic because the company installing my counter tops refused to touch the cook top - a problem the company never told me about when I called. They had an electrician out within 30 minutes to unhook it for me. The next day the electrician came back out and hooked it back up. The whole process went smoothly. Keith was very nice and professional. The company with the counter tops had blown a circuit breaker with their tools the evening before and I wasn't sure how to replace the fuse (new house, new type of fuse box). He showed me how to tell when the 'S' fuses needed to be replaced and actually gave me one he had in the truck to show me how to replace them. Excellent service and I will definitely be using them in the future if I need any electric work done!

I have used Reitz as my electrician for years and have always been completely satisfied. They are prompt and efficient.
