Professional Chimney Services

I called the office and the woman who answered told me she couldn't do anything about him being that way.
I got a distinct impression he had anger issues that she knew about also.
I will never call them again and STRONGLY advise anyone against using this service.

Well thew next morning the young man arrived and with his muddy feet he starting in my house and I stoped him at the back door and told him the we have already cleaned the wood stove and I said look at your feet you are not going in my house making a mess. Well this made him mad so he got a wore out brish out of ths truck and started to work. I was watching him work and noticed that the he was not doing a very good job with the bad brush. So the next thing he was calling Basmeyers and after he got off the phone he said for a extra $50.00 he would use a power brush on my chimney so what was i going to do with a half cleaned chimney but tell go ahead. After he finishedand was wrighting his report he said that my chimney was built wrong and was needed the be repaired because it was a fire hazered He also said for another $45.00 I needed a cap on my chimneyI told bim NO.
  I will not use Basmeyers any more.

Bruce Johnson is owner of this company.  They were very neat people.  They were very meticulous in making sure that everything was covered and there wasn’t a speck of dirt or soot or dust anywhere.
