We’ve been doing a lot of home renovation this year and I have worked with several different crews. Pfingston Concrete has been the best to work with by far. The project that Pfingston Concrete completed for us included installing a privacy fence, digging a French drain with backyard sump pump, backfilling the yard, building a retaining wall for flower beds, planting several shrubs and a tree and pouring new sidewalks and driveway. This work was completed during the hottest period of the summer. They ran in to unexpected issues such hitting buried bricks in almost every area where they were digging. They soldiered through to get the job completed. They were able to begin my project a little ahead of schedule and made steady progress through completion. The outstanding quality that I most appreciated was the open communication. Jerry is easy to talk to and doesn’t hesitate to ask questions to confirm that we are on the same page. He always showed up on schedule and contacted me when rainstorms prohibited them from working. Jerry would always keep me in the loop of what items were completed and which things were to be completed next. He would often send pictures and videos of completed work. We’ve been working with other crews of roofers, electricians, plumbers, and general contractors. It was often a struggle to get these other crews to the job site and to receive updates. So it was greatly appreciated that Pfingston Concrete went above and beyond to keep our project on schedule and keep us updated every step of the way. It was a pleasure working with Pfingston Concrete.
