Chop shop. Horrible groom, extremely unprofessional. They do not seem to know breed specific cuts.
To what I am sure is their delight ,I will not return.
I was extremely specific on exactly what I wanted done, everything discussed was disregarded.
I was not going to make a scene about it but After paying for the premium groom I did end up getting a refund and
I actually felt guilty about it? why should I feel bad because the groomer butchered my dogs hair?
Sorry I actually care what my dog looks like and how she is treated!

My dog was abused (before I brought her into my home) and is afraid of people. A stylist name Miranda understands that my dog has special needs. Miranda takes extra care so that (with time) my dog will learn she's not going to be hurt at the groomers. Mirands is very patient and shows my dog lots of love. I am sure it is hard for a groomer to show a dog that she isn't going to hurt them while using trimmers and scissors. I would think its also harder to groom a dog that flinches a lot as my dog does. Miranda has taken on the challenge of grooming my poodle and does an EXCELLENT job.

.He doesn't always clean my dog the way I would like especially my dog's eyes. Even though I am not totally happy with the groomer I will continue to go here because it is convenient to have everything in one place
