"Thank you for the "A" rating in quality but, I don't understand how we can receive a "C" in price when I gave a bid, homeowner agreed to the estimate, and the total came in right on budge. We even had a couple of issues that the previous contractor covered up and we took care of them without any extra charge. Very perplexing."

I was not aware that they were coming on that day and therefore I wasn't home. I had an appointment. They called and I informed him that I couldn't be there for another hour. The young man waited for me to get home and proceeded to do an excellent job. He was professional but personable. I would use them again..
