+ -1 moreCalled several contractors for needed repairs on old home and several didn't call back or show up. Jim was there when he said he would be, explained our options for some unusual problems and provided a quote. His estimate was $900 and the invoice was $800. No complaints.
Description of Work: Check and service HVAC, replace all duct work, re-vent exhaust
