They were to have come back out but have missed two scheduled appointments.  They have called once to re-schedule but not after they missed the second appointment.

Used these guys to repair a leaky shower.

We called on a Wednesday and they set up an appointment to come out on that Friday. Well,.. Friday comes along and nobody calls or shows up.

The following Monday they come out when we were at work,.. Cut out our ceiling and leave without calling us and telling us anything,.. but leaving a bucket of water in our floor for our two year old to find,... and leaving a drywall mess on our hardwood floor.

When we finally got to talk to them,.. we were told that they would fix it on the next Monday. The following Monday,.. they came while we were working again,.. leave a mess on my floor again and don't tell us anything.

We finally talked to them and they said they used a spare part to fix it and the leak was fixed. Long story short,.. we used the shower and had water all over our hardwood floor in the basement.

After calling three times and then calling our home warranty company (warranty company sent them),... they called three days later and came out and replaced whole drain and fixed the leak,.... and once again,... they didn't call us and tell us anything,.. and left a huge mess in our bathroom,... our bathroom,.. and in our shower.

I gave them an F for horrible communication and for leaving a horrible mess for us to clean up.

I would recommend them.  They charged $150 for the clogged drain.  We had a positive experience working with them.  They were responsive.  They came out.  When we called, they had a guy come out within 48 hours.  They did the job very quickly and efficiently.  It was cost effective too.  We thought it was a good price.  We would use them again in the future.

We use them all the time. They come out pretty fast and always do a good job. They do major work too. They are reasonable. We have been using them for over 30 years.

Their prices are reasonable. They are prompt. They have been in business for a long time. It?s a small business and they work out to be fine. We have had them for years.
