LOWE'S

The door that we had put in was better cost than say, Pella or some of the higher end guys. But, the quality was a little bit lower. Everything seems to be just fine. There was one thing that they had to come out and repair. We had some glass side panels on each side. Looking in the crack, you could see out. So, they had to come out and take a look at it second time. But, they fixed it. They were very professional. They contacted us after the install and then, after the second visit. They contacted us both times.

They look great and Their service is great. They did a fine job. Their cost and quality was good. We are very happy with them.

We love it. The quartz counter tops are beautiful. They were installed in a timely fashion. We had one blemish on the countertop and they sent a rep from Owensboro Stone and fixed it right away.
The tile backsplash looks great and the gentleman that installed it did an awesome job.

Because I spend so much money there, they all know me. Steve Dillard, the guy that takes care of the commercial desk, bends over backwards for us.

Lowe's contracted the window and door replacement with a contractor. The initial contact was okay as a man came out and measured everything and he was pleasant and nice. As the windows were customized and it was a special order it took 30 days to get the order. When the guys came out to put the windows in, they were the wrong size and had to be reordered. A second man came out to measure again. As time went by awaiting the order, it became winter and it was freezing, so another contractor came out to install the windows and doors. It was very cold and I didn't want to be in the room, but when I came out and looked at the double door, I knew it wasn't the one I ordered. The same thing happened with the second door. Both had to be reordered. I believe it to be the first contractors fault and not Lowe's. Lowes let the first contractor go. The bookkeeping was a nightmare. We had to keep going back and forth to Lowe's and finally had to sit down with Manager. He tried to make it right and did, but, a lot of time went by. When the first contractor came, we wanted 4 other windows, and he talked us out of it. I probably want ever get Lowe's to contract anything with us again.

I spent $3200 for the front door and for double doors at the back. The doors weren't of the same size so they had some complications long way and they had to trim up. They did a very, very good job. I had had them do a front door at my previous home. They had done a good job. The work was guaranteed pretty well instead of an individual. I'm pleased with their quality.

The salesperson that we dealt with was very helpful. The installers showed up when they said they would and did a good job with the installation. We had a good experience with Lowe's.
