Bought a smoker from east side they transferred it to west side they offered to put it together, the builder works three days a week on east side ,one day a week on west side several delays called store Mgr she didn't care not her problem won't go back I'll return to meyer,home depot lowes don't care about customer don't go to lowes

They came in and measured and I told them how I wanted it laid out. The cabinets were like $10,000 the countertop was like $6,000. They were excellent.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They got then entire thing over the weekend. They were aware of our dogs and made sure that the dogs couldn't get out, even though the fence was not complete. They cleaned up well after themselves. They did not leave trash or anything like that.

Purchased new home that needed all windows replaced because they wouldn't stay open, couldn't lock and egress windows in basement were nearly falling out of jams. We interviewed multiple companies but decided that Lowe's couldn't be beat for great sale pricing coupled with High Energy efficient windows of leading brand (Pella). We also upgraded the living room window from 2 single windows side by side to a beautiful Bow window that provides a lot of light and a little window 'seat-ette.' The latter added enormous curb appeal too! Windows came to: 4 typical up/down (dual casement opening) bedroom windows, kitchen window, living room Bow Window, and 2 basement up/down egress windows. The delivery occurred even a little earlier than expected [projected to be 2.5 weeks but was under 2 weeks] by a few days and installation occurred over a 1.5 day period with "no muss, no fuss" for us, living there during it all. The coordinator of our project at Lowe's Install Sales Dept. was Ashley and they utilized a local subcontractor, Steve Smith Remodeling, for the job. We met him before the job began for estimation and ideas and of course during the job. He was great! Ashley and her team at Lowe's Evansville couldn't have been more customer-service oriented, calling and checking on our satisfaction each step of the way. There may be other, cheaper vinyl windows that companies mass produce for some cost savings but there's no comparison AND we wanted an affordable, yet quality solution. We believe we got an excellent deal with Lowe's without any heartburn associated with the project. We highly recommend Lowe's to you!
