L R C Painting

Roy gave an estimate to paint the interior of our rental house. He told my wife that he and his father paint apartment's on a regular basis for a local complex owner. He gave us a low estimate so we gave him a try. Instead of Roy and his father painting, he showed up with a group of guys that appeared to have never picked up a brush in their entire lives. To make a long story short, the work was horrible. They painted all over trim and light switch covers. they didn't bother to take down light fixtures, they just painted around them leaving the original color where they couldn't get their brush to fit. All in all, we are going to have to pretty much repaint the entire house. We paid them their money so they would leave. I was afraid to ask them to fix their errors because the more they painted, the worse it was.He did show up everyday, so if someone wanted to use him to pick up and throw away items their yard, he might be able to do that. But, I would definitely not ever use him to paint or do any home repairs whatsoever.
