Kraft Nursery

Brian Elpers, who is one of the owners, worked on my leaking waterfall/pond. It is still leaking. He would not fix it. I took him to small claims court and won the case.

Summer of 2010 I contacted Ryan Elpers of Kraft Nurseries
regarding repair of my water garden leak, it was to be done in the fall.  In mid November day came to repair my pond,
the temperature was 38 degrees.  The
second day was the same but with one inch of rain.  They came without all of the needed equipment
which I ended up providing.  I paid the
pond bill of approximately $3000.00 and 10 days later, Thanksgiving Day, the
water level had fallen to almost half. 
They did not respond to phone calls or letters.  All winter two hours of water needed to be
added every other day as well as the expensive chemicals.  November 7, 2011 in Vanderburgh County Small
Claims Court I received a settlement of $1593.31.  Cause #82D06-1108 SC-08489.

Well, It didn't go. That is the problem. I never received and estimate. After 3 weeks i got back around to it and contacted them. I left a message with the receptionist to have them get a hold of me so i could review the estimate and we could start to move forward. Nothing. I received no further contact from them, I called and left a voice mail, and still have received no contact from them what so ever.
It is a shame, the gentleman who came out to my house seemed to be very knowledgeable about his craft and quickly seemed to grasp my goals and shape them into a much clearer picture than i had put together.
However, it would seem that my project was not important enough, perhaps not showy enough to warrant proper attention from them.
