Our framing looks good but was $30,000 over bid. They did not see any train to notify us of this.

I specially ordered a door from them.  I ordered it in January. They stated it would take 6-8 weeks to come in.  I picked it up in mid-April.  I didn’t unwrap it until it was installed.  Upon doing so I realized it was the wrong door.  SO I called them and they mentioned that I had ordered it in January. They said they couldn’t do anything about it, that it was too late.

They were very professional and the person I dealt with was easy to deal with. There were a few little problems, but they were very quick to fix them and make it right. I liked that.

We hired Knight to place vinyl fencing around our backyard.  We were assured that they would stand behind their fencing and would fix any defects at the time that we agreed to have them perform our vinyl fencing.  Approximately 3 years ago, both gates broke (the hardware holding the fencing shut cracked out of the vinyl) and the front section of the gate began sagging.  We contacted Jason at Kight and he came out and inspected the damage.  He assured us that he would notify the vinyl fencing manufacturers and fix our situation.  That was 3 years ago and since this time, our calls and e-mails have not been answered.  I would never recommend Kight for the installation of anything, since they do not stand behind their workmanship or products.

My experience with them was excellent. The contractor that I used was Neil Bailey. He was excellent. He showed up when he was supposed to, got the job done when he said he would, and it came in the price that he said it would. The most amazing thing was that I had him do extra things, and he only charged me $400 more from what the original quote was. I felt that that was very fair. I spent about $13,000 for the remodeling job and about $5000 for the doors. That price was about average. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
