On the bill, it said L. Feaster was the person that done the oil change. He dropped oil on my engine and oil was on the lower area. Later that evening I noticed oil on my driveway that had come from my Toyota. I know anyone can make a mistake, but he did not even try to correct it. He just left the mess like it was. If you are going to drop oil everywhere, at least clean it up. This just shows pure laziness and carelessness. Also, he did not push the oil dip stick in all the way. I took the vehicle back the next day and told them I wanted them to clean the oil up. They said they would and check for leaks. Later they said there were no leaks and that they cleaned up the oil mess....(my Toyota only has 13,600 miles on it)...I got home and looked and they only cleaned sum of it...The next day I had to take it to a car wash to clean the engine and the lower area. In my opinion, the mechanics at Kenny Kent Toyota are second rate. Amateurs could do a better job than this...Also, (I forgot to say earlier, there was oil on my grill where he shut the hood)...

.........Also, on another issue, the man that scheduled my oil change appointment, Tim Payne, told me to be there at Tues.(9-1-15) at 9:30 A.M...I repeated this to him 2 times so there would not be any mistake on my appointment...When I got there that morning, he said I was scheduled for Wed. morning....HE SCREWED IT UP....I had to come back the next day.....ALL THIS JUST FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!!!!!!!!!   I WOULD HATE TO HAVE THEM DO ANY MAJOR WORK ON MY VEHICLE.......

Happy with several years of service.

It was all good. They did an awesome job. We did have to schedule it. The only thing that I would say negative is I had to leave my car there from 7 AM to 7 PM that night. It didn't take twelve hours to detail my car. I dropped my car off early and I wasn't able to pick it up until seven o'clock. They did a really good job. The salesmen are awesome. I would buy another car from them if I could afford it.

I contacted Kenny Kent to schedule the required oil change/5,000 mile interval service. I chose Kenny Kent because I had used them on previous intermittent trips to Evansville. The fees usually run $40 - $300 depending on the service required. I have used Kenny Kent for regular oil change services and for miscellaneous needs such as a head light replacement. I also purchased a new set of tires from them in May 2013 because their price was so good (and I have never bought tires from a dealer because I can usually get a better deal elsewhere!). One of their service managers (I wish I had gotten his name) even helped me resolve an issue over the phone preventing me from having to schedule an appointment! I usually wait on site for the service to be completed and have never had to wait too long. Plus they have a nice lounge, with coffee and doughnuts in the mornings.

I am happy with Kenny Kent and will continue to use them to service my 4-Runner. My only complaint would be that they do not automatically wash my vehicle after each service as the Toyota dealer in Virginia did.

The dealership was very courteous and professional. They were quick to help us. They had free popcorn for my son to snack on. The paperwork took a little too long but that was what we expected.

Kenny Kent is a Large Toyota dealer and makes every effort to sell cars at a fair price. Of course, the price is never quite as low as the buyer might want, but it is hard to beat them within a 200 mile radius of Evansville, Indiana.

I think they do a good job. I've taken my car there for 10 and a half years now. They have a really nice waiting area that is clean. If something isn't right, they make it right. They have a fast check in and check out.

They have provided me with excellent service. They offer a Toyota Express Maintenance which was previously targeted only for Toyota vehicles but it is now extended to any car and this is a very thorough inspection where they change the oil, rotate tires as well as perform some other things. They perform more than other dealerships and I am really pleased with everything that they do there.

I have been taking my cars there for years. They have always been extremely fair, courteous and responsive. I usually schedule on a Saturday and typically it takes an hour. The one time I went there, I wait and wait. Then they came out and apologized and they did everything they were supposed to do on my car and said there would be no charge because I had to wait so long. They kind of won me over. When I bought the car I bought the extended maintenance thing. I paid for it all at once and not sure of how much the individual visit cost. They prices were comparative. They really seem to know what they were doing. They also gave me advice over the telephone. My son bought a truck, so I took to them because it was really making a lot of noise and really wanted to know what was wrong with it. They did all things and they gave me this small report with all the checks, some were red, green and orange. They had the check for an hour and check the whole thing but did not charge me a dime. I had only good experiences with them.
