Went fine. You can have these workers around your family and children without worrying about offensive songs or words. Only issue I've had since is that the roof needs to be tilted more upward toward the back as it shoots water in heavy rains back at the house.

Joey came to do an estimate and we decided to use him for the job. He wanted half of the total cost up front. Approximately 5 weeks later they arrived on time starting at 7:30 am and stopped around 3:00. They had all the old windows out and all the new windows in and three of them wrapped. The next day they arrived at 7:30 again and finished up wrapping the rest of the windows and were done around noon. They look great and we love our new windows. The only complaint is that they beat up some trim around our picture window when taking out the old window. Overall we were very pleased.
