Original estimate appointment was great. The guy was very polite, helpful and punctual. I got the estimate via email the next day, which was nice. Had a problem getting an appointment. The guy replied to my email questions quickly at first, but when I wanted to set up an appointment, I didn't hear back from him for a week. I had to email him again to get reply, then he stopped responding again. I had emailed the date I wanted an appointment, but never heard from him so I gave up. The day before the date I had requested, I got an email saying their machine broke and they needed to reschedule. I replied that as far as I was concerned we never had an appointment since I never heard from him. He apologized and I went ahead and booked an appointment because even though I was annoyed, I understand mistakes happen & the guy was always polite. 2 men showed up about 10 minutes early for our appointment and got started right away. They were trying to beat the incoming storm of sleet, hail & snow! They did a good job. I don't think the 1 guy was happy about having to get into my crawl space (they also sealed my house vents from under the house). I could hear a lot of moaning & groaning and he seemed annoyed when he got out of the crawl space. Overall, it was a good experience and everyone seemed to know what they were doing.

They were very nice and came out for an estimate(no charge).They showed up on time and after filling the attic with insulation, they even vacuumed up the area around where they went into the attic! I was encouraged to look at it before and after. When they were driving out of our driveway,I noticed they had left some of the foam air vents in the house,and as I grabbed them and ran out the door to catch them, my dog escaped and started running down the road with me in pursuit. When I caught my dog, and was totally out of breathe, they drove down the road and had both me and the dog get into the truck so they could take us back to the house!! Now, this is above and beyond the call of duty! Wonderful guys and a wonderful company. I truly recommend them.

These guys are pros. They performed what was needed but did not try to charge me for service I did not need. Very clean professional and thorough.
