They had an incredible sale on installation. They helped me get a project manager. I go there before I go to Lowe's. They are less expensive. They were really good about not causing any damage on the baseboards.

First of all the price for the countertops cost kept changing, but that was not my worse experience.  The problems started when the contractor came to my house, measured, and we discussed every detail of what I wanted.   I was told that the contractor would supply a plumber to remove the sink and unhook the diswasher which would cost an additional fee. I can't remember how much it was, but it was close to $400.  The day the contractors came to remove the countertops, there was no plumber!! The guy who completed the plumbing part told me "I hope I get this right because I'm not a plumber".  So, I paid plumber rate for a general worker!  I wasn't too happy about that.   Within about a week, the guys came to put in the countertops.  Upon inspection, I saw all kind of problems.  They had peeled off a lot of my  wall paint, edges weren't caulked, they had broken 2 of the bar counter mounts, there was no overhang as I had requested, and the edges were not ones I had requested.  I immediately called Home Depot store and they told me "we don't handle contractor problems...you'll have to call the contractor and/or the Corproate Home Depot.   Long story short.....it took multiple (or should I say many) calls to the Home Depot corporate office and several calls to the contractor to get it all straightened out.  It was very frustrating and I was totally shocked that Home Depot local store would not help at all.  I would not suggest using Home Depot for any major renovations as they are very unresponsive and their contractors are not the best!

The guy who did the measurement was really good.  He was here forever and seems to be very detailed oriented in his work.  Price wise we got a free sink.  We would use them again.
