Do not trust any contractor. Pay as they do. If you are buying materials go to the store with the contractor and pay for and have the store send it to you in your name. This man is a pro at riping people off. He gave us referrences which I called and went to thier home and seen a garage that he was supposed to have built. We found his address to be a campsite. The police said he had over 20 alias. Go to the builder's place of buisness and/or his home. That way you can put a lien on his home or buisness if they don't do what they are suppose to.
