Their price was reasonable. I get a hometown feeling with them. They were really nice, friendly and very professional. I enjoyed having them work for me. Their cleanup was good everyday. I never had any trouble with any debris left behind. They were always on time. They were here when they said that they would. They were very good about calling and letting me know. It was an all around good experience.

We pointed out several times to them that the walls still had holes after they repainted them. The walls were not smooth and there were spots where paint was even missing. There are many places that I am filling in with spackling and sanding and painting myseklf. Mu husband had to repaint their paint job in the bedroom. We had to replace baseboards because they had so much paint on them and were damaged. A week after they left the grout started coming out of the new tile in the bathroom. They damaged our new cabinet which was over $2,000 and blamed it on the plumber instead of taking responsibility. The cabinet now needs to be repaired by another provider. They scratched our wooden toilet seat and tried to paint it. tHey stated they would replace it and it has been three weeks. I just replaced it myself. They also scratched our new ceiling fan and they damaged the wood on our window box seat. They set somthihngi on it that took off the finish and sealer. My husband had to strip it and reseal. We also had to take down the crowm molding they installed. They did not caulk the molding before they painted the ceiling and it ruined it. You could see the wall color on the ceiling. I want to say that they did a good job repairing the leak in the kitchen. I'm not sure why they couldn't do a good job on the rest of the project. If we had hired them to do just the ceiling leak repair ,we woudl have hired them again based on that work. The rest of the project changed our minds.
