The gym is small, run down, dingy and stuffy. They have fans sitting around, but there's not enough air circulation to keep you from overheating during cardi. Kind of dirty. I tried the gym for about 6 months. I won't go back.

I was not very happy. They tried to be really clean but the people don't follow instructions on cleaning their equipment and no one follows up so it wasn't too cool. Once you've signed in there is no professionalism there, no one talks to you or anything. It's just kind of you are left on your own doing what you want to do. The management was non available most of the time.

It is conveniently located for me because it is only a mile from where I live. They have a slew of treadmill and electrical machine. They have just about any weight machine that you could ever need to use. They also have extra supplemental things like the exercise balls and medicine balls. They are not a 24-hour facility but they are open most working days and in the weekends, their hours are a little different, either they don't open as early or they don't close as late.
