Fetter Properties Management Inc

A business associate initially applied with this firm for a rental property.  They looked at a property and were told they have to fill out some forms and submit a fee by certified check.  They did this.  Two days uponI initially emailed an inquiry.  Three days later I recieved a response telling me I have to come in to fill out an application.  When I arrived I inquired about the property I was interested in.  I was given the forms and told I would have to fill the forms out and provide a certified check for the fee.  I filled out the forms in full with all my information.  I went back and submitted it two hours later.  I inquired two days later and was told that there was someone in front of me for the rental property.  They did not mention this when I had inquired.
