Felts had to order my Baldwin Brass door knobs and dead bolts and it took awhile to get in. OK expected that. My complaint with Felts was they installed most of my order the first of June. The guy left the rest of my order in a neat little pile by the front door and left because the 'needed' another part. 2 months later they call and condescendily ask for 'an overdue payment'. I told the girl I would pay in full when they finished the job. The guy shows up this morning and said they had the part in stock. Go figure. grrrr LOUSY SERVICE
