It is very easy to use their website to input information and they ask precise questions, including their feeding schedule, medications they are taking, and where everything is located. If you don't think of something, they will. My animals love their sitter and it makes coming home everyday enjoyable,.

Sometimes well, sometimes not so well. She quit with no notice and without walking the dogs that day.

I can't say enough about this business. I have and have had many sick and difficult pets over the years. Ginny(owner) goes above and beyond to care for pets in those difficult situations. She's never said NO--I won't help. She treats them like her own and my pets love her. I have one dog that responds to very few people and she has loved Ginny for years. I've recommended her to many people and will continue to tell others that their are Evansville's Premier Pet Sitting Service!

We have used Evansville Pet Sitters for several years for several trips per year, up to 2 weeks in length. The house is always in good shape when we return and the cats happy to be in their own home. They are always prompt to respond to a request or concern, whether by email, text, or Facebook. Although there has never been an emergency during our absence, I have complete confidence that they could handle any situation.

Everything looked good. Cats were happy. No liter box smell in house.

Mostly okay, arrival times varied within the time frame allowed.

I have been a long time client.  Ginny left a letter after her last visit saying that due to issues they would no longer  be able to provide services unless there was  more than a 50 % pay increase.  We were not asked to change anything,  but were told that for services to continue we would have to pay more.  I have never received a phone call  from the owner with any complaints, and not one of the caregivers ever left any complaints.  I have had issues with the company at times including a weekend when they forgot to make visits for an entire weekend putting our animals at risk, but I voiced my concerns as should be and that was resolved.  I was not given that courtesy- I was just faced with a pay raise.  I called the owner after receiving the letter and she said that they had to clean the cat's bowls and clean the cat's messes, and that she had difficulty finding one of her staff to make a visit because we lived in a rural part of our city.  The complaints are part of their service of excellence and we have not moved  so why are we suddenly so far out of the way.

We review security footage as well as live stream, we see them actually play and run with pets as well as give plenty off love mixed with back scratching our pets love the walks.

I have used Evansville Pet Sitters for years. It always goes well.

We travel frequently and have relied on Evansville Petsitters to take care of our dog when we have been gone.  Ginny and her crew are absolutely wonderful, and we completely trust them to provide loving and competent (and reliable) service to our dog when we are away.  In addition to walking, feeding and loving on our pet, they administer medication, and even water the plants and bring in the paper/mail.  They seem to love our animals as much as we do, and it has been worth every penny.  I recommend them 100% and plan to continue using their service with our new puppy soon.

Evansville petsitters are very prompt and courteous. They take care of our fur babies, They keep notes so that we know what was done and what times it was done. They let us know if one of the pets has a problem. Sometimes they even post a picture or two on Facebook and we can check on how they are doing. They are fair and reasonable with their pricing and they have a large variety of services.

EPS is wonderful. We wouldn't use anyone else. Our cats we well-taken care for, and were happy to see us when we returned from our trip. Fully recommended without any reservations.....you'll be in good hands with EPS!

All went well. I loved the idea of Ginny leaving notes for me so I could read what went on during the week I was away!!?

Outstanding. All the members of the Evansville Pet Sitters are amazing. Especially since my puppy has had numerous issues ( food allergies to eating a nylabone) and I always felt better knowing that EPS were there. Ginny has been great accommodating my schedule when I have been busy on projects at work or I have had to change plans especially when My puppy needed extra care. The Sitters/walkers have helped with training. My puppy loves all of them.

It went well, she texted me a picture of my pet playing and also left a note for me.

They are excellent.... wouldn't leave my dogs with anyone else!

We have used this service every time we have gone on vacation for several years and plan on continuing. We have someone who stays with them but they can't walk out dogs or play with them as well and our dogs have to have this attention. Mike and Ginnny and their crew have always done a great job.

They come to my house daily and we also used them when we were in long vacation. I am very picky and in our house, we have new hardwood floors and unfinished floors. We have an alarm system and they have their own code for the alarm system. They never make a mess in the house. My dogs love them and they seem to be great people with animals. I have recommended them to several people. My sister uses them now and other friends at work are using them. They have love for animals and passion for what they are doing. The dogs really take to them. I can't say enough good things about them. I have bought a lot of things and used a lot of services. We have got a relationship with them now going on to 7 years this summer.

I've been using them for five years now. They're at my house five times a week. It costs $15 a walk. They're good all the way around. They're a wonderful company. I don't plan on getting rid of them.

Fantastic....use with confidence.  EPS takes great care of our kitties.  We wouldn't want to use anyone else.
