Took 4 weeks to get initial estimate.  Once the lighting fixtures were recieved the scheduling was quick.  On the first visit to install, 3 of the exterior lights were damaged in transit so only 2 exterior lights & kitchen light were installed.  Technician was prompt,  curteous & capable - even thought it was one of the coldest days in January. 
They reordered the 3 broken lights - I had to call to get installation scheduled since I didn't hear from them.  On the second visit to install, one of the lights had broken glass again.  All three lights were installed with the promise that the broken pane would be ordered & installed.
Actually 2 panes were broken & I had to call about that.  Both panes were replaced withing 2 weeks.
I am satisfied with the work done.  Just would have preferred to have everything installed at the same time, since I had to schedule vacation time to be home.

The quality of their work was good, and the price was extremely good compared to other estimates I had.  They worked quickly, efficiently, and I was happy with the results.

The work was started only a few days after I had it quoted. The crew was on time or early and did a top notch job. The job took 2 1/2 days from start to finish. They conducted themselves in a professional manner and made sure my questions and concerns were addressed. I was very impressed overall, and I am not easily impressed. As a bonus, they installed 3 lights and a switch in the attic which Steve said was on him. Excellent!
