AVOID this man! He only cares about taking as much money from you as possible! He quoted me $35/hr over the telephone and then charged me $75/hr. He also had the nerve to charge me for 3 full hours even though he was only here 2.5 hr. I was so shocked at first that I paid what he asked ($225). I then emailed him later to ask and he claimed I simply "misunderstood" his hourly rate. Sorry but $75/hr doesn't sound anything like $35/hr. He refused to make any concessions on the bill, and even refused my simple request to charge me for the exact number of hours he was present (2.5 instead of 3.0). Overall, the man is pleasant, professional and punctual. However, he obviously cares ONLY about taking as much money from a customer as possible, even at the expense of losing future business. Not a very smart business tactic, obviously. BTW: He never did find the cause of the furnace problem, although he did speculate on a few possibilities.
