The salesman John Ambrose was very engaging and not aggressive. Well informed and said, "I only sell Honda's because customers never come back to complain." We arrived at 4:15 pm on Saturday afternoon, having already done our research and knew what car we wanted to buy. So he greeted us, immediately offered to get keys for a test-drive. Then we took a 2nd drive with him. But when I said I wanted a different color of that model, he said great, just go on and take it for a short drive. When we came back, he already had some prices to show us and our record of previous purchases and credit report. We counter-offered for about 10 minutes. After we agreed on a price, he ran the signed papers to the finance officer. We then spent about 10 minutes in her office completing all the paperwork. We were totally surprised that the car was all ready to drive home (detailed, labels removed) that afternoon, even though they closed at 5pm.

I went in for oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. Multi-point inspection revealed rear brake pads needed to be replaced. The service representative was very courteous and professional. He advised me about the brake pads, told me the cost to replace the pads and said they could have the work done within an hour. I agreed and the work was completed in 45 minutes and for $15 less than he advised me. The service representative went the extra mile and found a coupon for $15 off a front or rear break job.

When quoted the price we did some research
We did some negotiation as it is a known issue with the

Odyssey
They decline to cover it because it was way past the service date
No heartburn
Then they really upset me.
I have valid ID, no history of problems with bad checks, and I live2 blocks from the location.
They refused to take my check.
Insisted I use a debit card, which draws on the same account.
The way that was handled offended me very deeply.
I will not do business with them again
