Disaster. Blames every single problem on his employees and the customer (see responses to other reviews). Have to pay $1200 to repair the yard he destroyed and the fence he ripped apart. Still have to repair the unbelievably bad seal job on both, the new and older concrete.

Nightmare, one mess up after another. To begin with poured the wrong concrete. Was supposed to be stamped, they poured aggregate. Got concrete splashed all over the brick on the house in the front and back. Cleaned it off the front, left it in the back. Messed up the concrete in the driveway, they let it set up before it got sprayed off to make the aggregate look. The are areas of uneven finish and pitting. They busted up one section and redid it because it was so bad. When they busted out the section they cracked a corner of a section they did not replace now that corner is breaking out. During the pouring of the sidewalks my water meter was ran over by the concrete truck. Both companies wanted to point the finger at the other as to who was at fault. He did do something's to adjust for pouring the wrong concrete, but overall the quality is not very good for what I paid and definitely was one problem after the other.

It went great. Very professional team, high quality work, and very fair pricing.

I contracted Dan to pour an exposed aggregate patio and driveway extension. Never go with the cheapest bidder as I did. It was the worst concrete finish I have ever seen in my life. None of it was exposed evenly. It was very splotchy. Also the concrete wasn't even level. The forms he used were wavy. Also got cracks the day after he was done. He offered to caulk the cracks. No thanks. Also leaked oil in front of my house from his old truck.

Concrete Tech performed a difficult job. They did it exactly like I would have done it if I did it myself. Although the finishing techniques were a little below my expectations. I probably would not use them in the future.

We were highly disapointed with the level of poor workmanship, unprofessionalism and dishonesty we encountered. Our claims of poor workmanship have been validated by 3 seperate decorative concrete professionals. There were numerous technical errors throughout the entire project. The floor in no way appears to have been done by a professional on any level. We are now proceeding to have the poor quality work removed and rfinished to meet an acceptable standard.

Response from Concrete Tech
"For reasons unknown, [member names removed] chose to go with an epoxy overlay floor and acid stain to color the floor. Concrete Tech did everything prior to the project to communicate the pros and cons of this style of floor via meetings and pictures of what the work would look like. We even invited them to see previous work done in town. These customers chose to be out of town during the installation which left an unqualified supervisor in charge of the project. Prior to sealing the project, the supervisor approved the color and the project was sealed with the urethane selected by the [member name removed]. Upon sealing this floor, they were told that there was going to be some touch up work to be done. They never understood this fact and did not listen to us during the whole installation process. This additional touch up work to be done was never going to cost them any more money. It was just to complete the installation. The work completed is comparable to other work completed in town. The [member name removed] did not do their homework on the project they chose and are blaming everything on us. They still owe us money."

They were very prompt and I feel like he knew what he was knowledgeable. The work was high quality. They were able to get the job done on time. Their estimate was right on.
