After talking to Eric and setting a date to have our gutters cleaned, he also sent me a couple of emails prior to the date of service, just as reminders. I thought this was a very good idea, especially for busy clients who might forget an appointment. Eric had us given an hour "window" for the time he would arrive and actually arrived 15 minutes early. Upon arrival, I briefly talked to Eric, and then he and another worker set up ladders and went to work. They used gas-powered blowers for the bulk of the cleaning, but then used a hose to finish cleaning the gutters and make sure the downspouts were clear. I would consider our house moderate sized, with the gutters on one end being about 20' high, and the guys were finished in about half an hour. I was very pleased with his courtesy, punctuality, and professionalism. I thought the price was reasonable. I would certainly recommend Eric and would not hesitate to use his company again.

Cloud 9 Window Cleaning did a great job.  They arrived on time and were nothing but professional.  My windows are 60 years old and original to the home, so it took a few minutes to figure out the trick to removing the exterior glass in order to clean both sides. The job took about 3 1/2 to 4 hours as there were about 30 panes of glass to clean and the windows hadn't been taken down in several years.  When they were done, the windows were literally the cleanest I've ever seen them in the 10 years we've lived there.  I hate to see it rain because I don't want the windows to get spots on them.  I will definitely use Cloud 9 again.  Eric and Jessica were wonderful to work with and I've already recommended them to three of my coworkers.

This went very well. The merchant scheduled to meet our needs and arrived on  time.

He and an assistant cleaned our gutters--moving a few pieces of patio furniture as needed for access and working around a truck that refused to start.  The entire task was completed in a very few minutes.

He offered to do it in the future at the same price which is less than standard.

Despite the company name, he provides some services besides window cleaning.

Eric was here the day after all of the snow.  Offered to let him reschedule, but he came anyway.  He had to get all of the snow and icicles out of the gutters before he could clean them.  I felt so bad that he was out in the cold!  He was very courteous and professional and I will call him for an estimate on gutter guards in the Spring.  Very pleased.
