The team arrived right on time. They were friendly and professional. They went above and beyond - they cleaned the screens and the windowsills, and even removed some pesky wasp nests on the brick next to my front window. They were fast and thourough and I would highly recommend them. I will be using them again.

We have used Cloud nine for several years and have always been very satisfied with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the staff, and the price. It makes no sense to me to spend my time and energy washing my windows myself when this crew does it so well for such a reasonable price

It went fantastic. They went above and beyond. On this occasion, Eric and his team cleaned our windows. We moved into new construction last year and there was quite a bit of mortar and silicone still on the windows. We did our initial quote online and received a call promptly to schedule the job. We asked them to come out for a specific quote as we knew it would be a bigger job since it was the first cleaning. They did that and then scheduled the job a few days later where they showed up on time, were extremely and professional and completed the job in one day. We checked in on them occasionally and we could tell they took a great deal of pride in their work as there was a good deal of scraping that needed to be done before they could clean the windows. They cleaned up around the house and, other than the clean windows, we would have never known they were there.

Eric and team arrived promptly and worked efficiently and quickly. We have used Cloud 9 multiple times for several of the services they provide. They have always been professional and friendly. They bring all necessary equipment with them and when the job is finished they remove all trash and debris and leave the area cleaner than when they arrived. We highly recommend Cloud 9!
