The staff met me at the door when I arrived on time to drop my cat off and verified my contact information before I left. They called me a few hours later to let me know he would be done shortly, and I got there in time to watch them finish up with his haircut. The groomer seemed very gentle and patient while finishing the cut, and even warned me that he had soiled his cat carrier and put down paper towels in the carrier so he wouldn't step in it. There were a few rough patches in the haircut, mostly from this being our first visit to this groomer and my cat not wanting to stand still the whole time, but the price matched the initial estimate and the end product looked good.

They are all vary nice to you and your pet. They do a great job on my cat when she goes in for grooming and they also do a great job on my dogs they all look clean and smell sooo good and the smell will last a good weeks sometime a little longer. I have been to some other groomers and they have done good work also but they have never got my pets smelling so good, and having last.

My dogs do not mind going and that tells me they are good to them. And they look and smell great. I have long haired dogs with a lot of undercoat and they are always brushed out great.

They did get me in pretty quickly which was good, however they did a fair job at best on their services. My dogs ears still needed to be cleaned, no hairs were plucked from them, which I specifically requested and was assured it would be done. The amount of hair to be taken off that was agreed upon was incorrect and wasn't trimmed much around his bottom. When I arrived to pick him up, it took them a long time to get him and I could hear him barking crazily from the back of the house. After I got him home, he moped around for two days, which is very unusual. I took him to another groomer a few weeks later as he needed to have all his services repeated and had much better results.

The staff is very friendly and takes their jobs seriously. My dogs gets bathed there, and they always come home smelling clean and fresh. I don't know what type of shampoo/conditioner they use, but the dogs smell nice longer than when I give them a bath (even with "high end" pet shampoo.) My dogs don't require extensive grooming, so I can't comment on that aspect of their service.
