I have been taking my cat here for several years. I like that they know my cat by name when they see her. They always send me back to a room as soon as I get there which is nice because my cat refuses to socialize with other cats. Plus they have a separate waiting room for dogs. They always treat my cat with great kindness and care. My cat has had everything from nail clipping costing a few dollars to surgery to remove bladder stones, for around $700 at Chateau. Dr. Davis always explains the options. He even took me back in the X-ray room to show me exactly where my cats stones were. I love their staff and have recommended them to my friends.

Kind, caring and competent staff - from receptionists, techs, and veterinarians. Were not phased one bit by my "special needs" neurotic rescued dog.
