BRIGHT BEGINNINGS CHILD CARE

Although the facilities were somewhat clean, the staff was not.  There was never enough staff to cover the number of children in one room.  On more than one occasion my grandson was bitten, once on the face that left a complete set of teeth imprints behind.  When asked about it, the response from the staff in charge of his room was "Oh did that happen again"?  The security of the child care was always down and there is never anyone sitting at the desk to let you in.  You must ring a bell and then stand there until someone comes to let you in.  The proprietor is never on site, especially if there is a problem. If your child will not be in attendance the next day you must wait until they open to call because they have no answering machine.  And if you call when they are open it could take a lot rings before they answer it.
All in all I would not recommend this child care facility.
