Exterior Painting
THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GREAT. BUT IT TOOK HIM SO LONG TO GET IT PAINTED THAT HE HAD TO PUT TWO COATS OF PAINT ON AFTER THE SNOW. HE WAS UNRELIABLE. HE DIDN'T SHOW UP ON TIME.
