They replaced windows for my niece and never fixed them. Came out to house and then never returned. BBB is not responding to complaint. Please don't recommend unless they make this right. They did some work for me on house I built and if she had talked to me I would have told her no way!

We had a storm that ripped my electric meter off the back of my house. I had an electrician that could put that back up right away, but unfotunately it also ripped off the siding and the rotted wood underneath (my house is 100 years old, had a lot of termite damage). I needed about a 2`x8` section from corner to door frame redone. Because of the storm every construction company was swamped with work. I called a bunch of people, and Benthall Brothers was one of two that called me back. He was very nice and came out the next day to look it over and give me a quote. He was honest and explained up front that it might be a couple weeks to get it done because of all the storm damage and how busy they were. He said the job itself wouldn't take long, but that getting it scheduled in and having the man power available to do it would take some time. I was frustrated by that, but very happy that he explained it up front. I signed the contract on the morning of Thursday Aug 23,2012. When I stopped by the house on Monday morning (Aug 27,2012) I found to my surprise it was done! (I had been staying at a friends house because, duh, no electricity!) I was beyond happy! Going from a couple weeks to get fixed to done in a couple days was fabulous. I would use them again and I definitely recommend this company!

On initial visit, the pros and cons of various types and grades of siding were explained very clearly. Options were also discussed, in case some underboards needed replacement. An estimate was provided after I selected the various grades and qualities of materials, and some possible situations that could result in increased cost were clearly described..
The suggestion was made that larger downspouts than the existing ones be installed in order to carry away more rainwater. This was done and has proved to be an excellent idea through some recent rainstorms..
Crew arrived each day at the promised time. Crew contained people who were experts in different areas, e.g, siding, gutters. About five or six different people made up the crew through the days of service.
Work was done efficiently and with minimum of disturbance to propery or neighbors. Work was completed at about the time projected.

I asked for special treatment of one downspout - done as requested. Two weeks later I changed my mind since the first idea didn't work well. The crew returned and modified the downspout as I requested, no additional charge.
A walkaround was done a week or so after completion to be sure I was satisfied with the work. I was, and a check was written for the initially estimated amount - no upcharges or surprises..

They were professional and they were prompt. Their pricing was good or else I would not have gone with them . They were punctual and they were quick too. They got here to do the work and did the work until it was done. I would use them again in the future.
