  (1) NAILS NOT SHOT STRAIGHT. There are approximately  100 nail heads sticking out at an angle and not flush/sunk into the fence plank because of them being shot in at an angle with the pneumatic nail gun. (2) MISSING and MISSED NAILS. There are approximately 30 nails missing in various planks in about 20 separate spots on the fence, i.e. where there should be two nails, there is only one. Therefore, multiple planks are loose and/or have become warped. There are also numerous nails that were shot but missed going into the upright post to which each plank is attached. (3) RETAIL STORE TAGS NOT REMOVED FROM WOOD. The l ittle retail code tag that is stapled to one end of each and every wood plank (by the manufacturer or the retail  merchant) was not removed upon installation of fence. Therefore, there is an unsightly continuous line of white tags sticking down at the bottom of every plank for the entire length of fence. I am individually having to pull each one out - about 300 tags total.     
(4) NO RESPONSE BY CONTRACTOR UPON NOTIFYING HIM OF COMPLAINT. I called the salesperson just this July in 2011 to discuss this matter. We scheduled a meeting at my house at an agreed upon time. The salesman did not show up for our meeting and there was no follow-up communication from him afterwards. I did not bother to call him back because I don't want to have to deal with him anymore.
