Our house is older, and they specialize in older homes. They did a good job. The scheduling was a little difficulty, since they are so busy. The repair went well. Their office staff was good at corresponding with calls and emails. It was difficult to arrange to have the work done, though.

He's a consummate professional, has good quality employees, is easy to work with, and has a good depth of knowledge. He has an excellent reputation in the community, is creative and has a practical eye on the bottom line. He has overall best practices and excellent end products. We absolutely would contact him again if we needed him for a job.
